My experience at Vertu Nissan Sheffield was memorable because we were made to feel comfortable, were welcomed by a friendly young man who was Catterline e and helpful throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble.
He let us have time to think things through, wasn't constantly on our shoulder, letting us look over the car alone and we didn't feel there was any pressure to buy.
The manager was also friendly and welcoming and introduced himself to us.
The dealership is open and airy, well maintained and clean.

I'd suggest Vertu Nissan Sheffield to a friend because all communications were honest, helpful, and constructive. (But please note that I actually live in Berkshire, which is why I cannot use Nissan Sheffield for ongoing servicing. If I lived locally, I certainly would).
